Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") apply to all products and services provided by We Are Print Lab ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please review the following carefully.

1. General Provisions

  • Scope: These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our printing and packaging services, including but not limited to custom packaging, promotional printing, large format printing, and branding solutions.
  • Acceptance of Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance by We Are Print Lab. We reserve the right to reject any order without providing reasons.
  • Modifications: We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Orders & Payment

  • Pricing: All prices quoted are in GBP unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
  • Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required upon placing an order, with the remaining balance due upon completion or delivery. We accept payment by [Payment Methods]. Late payments may result in a delay of your order.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we will begin the production process. No changes can be made to the order once production has started without incurring additional costs.

3. Delivery & Turnaround Time

  • Delivery Times: We will endeavor to deliver your products by the agreed date. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as supplier issues, transportation strikes, or natural disasters are beyond our control.
  • Shipping: Shipping costs are not included in the quoted price unless specified. All shipments are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Pick-Up: If you choose to collect your order from our premises, collection must be made within 7 days of notification that the order is ready. Failure to collect within this period may result in additional storage charges.

4. Proofs and Approvals

  • Digital Proofs: We will provide digital proofs for your approval before production begins. It is your responsibility to carefully review all proofs for accuracy. We are not responsible for any errors once a proof is approved, including but not limited to spelling, color, or design mistakes.
  • Approval Delay: Any delay in approving proofs may result in delayed production or delivery of your order.

5. Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations: Orders may only be canceled before production begins. If production has started, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order. Any deposit paid will not be refunded.
  • Order Changes: Any request to change an order after production has started may result in additional fees and delays. We Are Print Lab reserves the right to reject change requests once the order has been approved and production is underway.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged Goods: If products are received damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for the return of the goods and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Custom products are non-refundable once approved and produced unless they are defective or damaged in transit.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or damaged goods.

7. Warranty & Liability

  • Limited Warranty: We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product is found to be defective, our liability is limited to the replacement of the product or a refund of the purchase price.
  • No Other Warranties: Except for the above-stated limited warranty, all products and services are provided "as is" without any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
  • Liability Limitation: To the extent permitted by law, We Are Print Lab will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our products and services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunities, or reputational harm.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Design Ownership: Any custom designs, concepts, or artwork created by We Are Print Lab remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs solely for the intended purpose.
  • Client-Supplied Materials: You warrant that any artwork, logos, or designs provided by you do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. You will indemnify and hold We Are Print Lab harmless against any claims related to intellectual property infringement.

9. Confidentiality

We respect the confidentiality of your personal information and proprietary designs. Any details shared with us for the purpose of completing your order will not be disclosed to third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order or as required by law.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
